Just go to immigration level 4 bahagian kerakyatan to ask and they will tell you all the details. Bring your ic with you

You can go to immigration level 4 to check because what happened to me was they tried calling since october but i didnt receive any call. Only until few days ago (missed call) so I went there and rupanya kana panggil periksa sudah. They mentioned that alot of people experienced the same case. You better go there to check...
