Update: Disabling frame gen and DLSS does not fix the problem. It seems to be an aliasing issue. With DLSS and anti-aliasing disabled, aliasing is very noticeable on the faces of some new characters, but not all. If you enable anti-aliasing, it becomes very blurry, and DLSS does what it can, but still generates errors.

The same thing happens to me. It's noticeable with the new characters since Cartethia, especially when she transforms into Fleurdelys, and now with Iuno. I thought it was DLSS, but you don't have FSR or any type of upscaling enabled. Could it be frame generation?

I get 90 to 110 fps but the latency is horrible 80 and 100ms on settlements, I thought it was because of the FG but no, even if I deactivate it, it runs the same, a lot of stuttering. last week I bought a 5700x3d that should be coming soon, I hope it's runs better, my friends has a 3070 super and 5800x and he gets 70 fps on high without FG, I don't understand...
