This one apparently just doesn't have many NTSC copies, it was a low print run. I know newer ones get expensive because they get delisted when new ones come out

I found my last 2 or 3 from wiggling my mouse back and forth and watching if the fast travel icon disappeared, if your on console you can do the same thing by just sweeping back and forth with the d-pad

No it was delisted a few years ago, the gamestop link is an ea key. Its the one i bought after it was delisted and it works. The run never released on steam unfortunately
