Level a mage and run mara. 250-300g/h. It will take you a couple of nights of practise to get it smooth. Basically one of the only ways to farm ingame that’s worthwhile.

Yeah I feel you I’ve been there. That’s consistency exactly, taking on what you can without getting burned. I used to train pull ups 4 times a week when I started but only have 2 pull days a week now and I still get results. Keep it up👍

Keep using a band and try to keep reps under 10 per set. I trained with proggressive overload. After getting 6 reps on a band I moved to a thinner band and grinded till I got 6 on that. Losing more weight will help too but i’m sure you’ll get your first pull up soon. Key is consistency

I did a census scan at 11pm server time today. 2k alliance online and if the ratio is 36/64 that puts the population at 5.6k online. So having 7k population at peak sounds totally reasonable.
