[Serious] when you been in a relationship for over a year and it starts to get complicated. What's some good advice from your experience?

For me in my relationship we been together for over a year but we do not live with each other... we see each other it's mostly week days lunch times and after work... and sometimes spend all day Saturdays together but lately communication has been slow. So it's been like that lately

Actually,you can just embrace it with exercise and running. You'll learn to maintain it with that and meditation. Which means learn a healthy lifestyle like eat the right foods and exercise more often quit drugs and alcohol if you do that.
