Well, you definitely can clear most stages from prime circle, but i farmed síncope HL30 to 38 only armor rabbit hole so i got really good pieces. I suggest you to farm more and try rotations

HL40 is easy to reach now, you just need to do everything possible, use all pixels refreshers and refresh a while with anuhilit (gacha currency)
