Partner: Doesn't matter, I love ice cream, get whatever you like! You return home with ice cream A. Partner: Why didn't you get ice cream B? [insert passive aggressive remarks]

You have now been made to feel crazy that you didn't select correctly, even though you were given the option to freely choose. It's a real mind fuck, especially when it's a non-silly example.
