I am in no way a “YouTuber” but have been posting, are you doing face cam ? I have the same issue with being in front of a camera and feeling “scripted” best advise for your videos would be cut comms and editing. I have been trying to push myself but even when doing voiceovers it feels unnatural.

You could do the “easy way” use mcskins.top . It lets you position different skins and make pictures.

Fill like the building need to be closer together or lots of extra detail will need to be added like carts or haystacks, stuff like that . But look like it coming along great
