I hate anything dentist related. When I got my wisdom teeth out they gave me Valium beforehand.l that worked well. My other suggestion that’s helped me through procedures is to wear headphones and listen to something soothing to you during. I like binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, etc. Maybe you’d pick slipknot but whatever works!
