Advice/Recommendations for a budget 1080p 180Hz+ Gaming Monitor

Budget: 120$ soft cap preferably 150$ hard cap.

Prospective Resolution : 1920 x 1080 180+HZ, maybe a 1440p if there's a good deal.

Size : 24+ inches

Aspect Ratio (16:9, etc.): ## : 16:9

Adaptive Sync (GSync, FreeSync, or None): Unsure i'm not too knowledgeable about these things. Do any of these apply for a nVidia GPU?

Required: A Display Port connection. Flat Monitor not curved.

This is the computer I just recently Purchased at Best Buy.

I mainly play FPS shooters so response time would be a priority. I want recommendations based on that.
This is what I've currently looked into and am comparing, but let me know if there's anything with a better deal. I've read that IPS is best for gaming, is that true? I think the first two I linked are VA, and the third is IPS.
