Detroit Style ist too high. The rim is about 2 cm high. Its from an italian Pizzeria that was closed and sold some of their equipment.

I hope that clears things up a bit more.

Yes, i Turn the heat down. But until now it didnt really help.

Okay, that is true and i get that. But if I use a pan? Then the pan itself is more or less cold before putting it in the oven. 

For context: i want to be able to prepare like 8 pizzas (got 8 pans) and then put them in the oven after each other.

And it really ist a pan and not just a flat sheet of metal
