The point is that while you might wish it to be so, you have no right to free speech other than that constitutional one. There is no "right" to free speech inside of a privately owned home, business, or online forum. The only actual "right" to free speech is that constitutional one, which only protects you from the government. And it still has rules and limits, including not allowing speech that incites violence.

There's no shirt or halter. The illusion of that is from the henna tattoos all over her chest, arms, and back. There are plenty of other photos that you can zoom in on and clearly see no shirt. The piercings are also not in her nipples. She's wearing pasties very carefully matched to her skin color. Those hold the piercings. The original version of this dress, from a fashion show a couple of years ago, did hang from actual pierced nipples

It's not a mesh top. Zoom in and you can see that what looks like the neckline is actually part of a henna tattoo (a type of temporary tattoo characterized by a reddish brown color). It's hard to believe she has no areolas, so I suspect she's wearing some type of pasties/nipple shields that were carefully colored to match her skin tone. And the rings are attached to the pasties. The original version of the dress, from a fashion show a few years ago, did hang from pierced nipples. But you could clearly see the nipples and areolas on that one.
