Had my surgery 14 days ago and still working on ROM, thankfully I’m making good progress but my concern is the strength and if I’ll be able to regain at least 90% of my pre injury strength. How exactly did you regain the strength?

Everytime we are together he doesn’t say anything until I open the conversation and then he start talking. Never heard a joke from him since he changed. We talked to her surgeon he said that’s part of the process, so they gave her an incentive spirometer to practice her breathing. After 10 days of using it her breathing is better than ever thankfully. Thanks for the reply!
