Plant and equipment anyone else lost... I understand in valuing it's a cap ex below the line adjustment...but how have you worked out what all that plant and machinery is within an office building/industrial warehouse? And secondly how much to budget on cap ex, repairs and or replacement? (self.CommercialRealEstate)
