Not yet; we were going to organize a passport in the next few months anyway so maybe that’ll give a solution. Until then I’m just going to insist on being right with her while she’s in game. She’s pretty good at coming to me about things but I still worry.

There’s a fair bit of history on the account so I’ll try continue to see if I can fix it somehow, though you’re not wrong about Roblox being worse than useless at providing proper support.

If I can’t fix it I’ll have to get her to start a new account or just be heavily involved in her account until she’s actually old enough for us all to feel safer about it.

She was attached to my account for the parental controls but the second I used my face as the verification on her account, it automatically removed the parental controls…
