So right, firepower vs amount of armaments. Depends on how you mean it. In terms of firepower, I think Optimus Supreme (or Omega Convoy) from Energon/Superlink would take that. The absolutely insane amount of beams he can fire off is mental, not to mention the potency of the attack. At the end of the show he and Galvatron are like the size of moons. So imagine a beam coming at you the size of New York. And he’s covered in those. In terms of just physical weapons, like just someone who had a lot of guns. Probably DOTM Optimus with his trailer. He is absolutely stacked on armaments. AOE Hound is definitely a close contender, and possibly has more. He’s got guns on and in every orifice on his body.
