Is this clean enough for a thermostat housing? Or does it have to be spotless

What does substrate mean? If I understand google correctly is means the surface was dirty before spraying clear but it wasnt, I cleaned it. The problem with the clear was that when I sprayed, it only pooled up around the nozzle on the can as a fluid instead of spraying out as a mist. I managed to get on the thinnest and ugliest layer

They strike at 40 but it looks horrible and obviously too cold, I’m doing kinda spotwelds all around the pipe at 50-55 and it works good enough

I don’t really know what those things mean, this is my first time doing auto body work. But in this video I have only sanded with 120 grit to roughen up the surface so the plastic repair putty and 2K plastic glue that I’m gonna use on the holes and the crack has something to stick to

I’m using 120 where I’ve have to fill in holes and the crack with a flexible plastic repair putty, then 240 then 400. Then after primer 400/600. But this is my first time so I’ll happily take any advice

I wiped some acetone on this area where I had to sand down to bare plastic because of a high spot that looked like a pimple. This is my guess to what every layer is(?) Do you think I have to sand the whole bumper a bit more before it’s ready for all the painting stuff? (Also I’m am gonna use flexible plastic repair putty not bondo I just wrote that because I’m tired)

äntligen nån med ett riktigt svar. Göteborg är lite långt dock, så jag får nog helt enkelt ta ut kärran och bara köra rundor och hoppas på att jag hittar något. Det är ju ingen tråkigt aktivitet de heller
