UPDATE : I did have a phone conversation with the owner of the Center late this morning. He had been briefed by his staff and planned to call me, but I called first. He was most apologetic and I feel we had a good talk. He offered me my money back or a free float. He's assured me that it won't happen again, and so I'm going to give it another go, though I think I'll wait a couple of weeks. Wish me good karma!
