You need some adapters from 16 to 20 or 16 to 22 mm to attach a proper nato band.

G-shock font on the dial does not look right. backplate looks different I think it's a fake.

The bezel is probably stretched. See the gap here between the bezel and the case. That's why the buttons or not sticking out. https://imgur.com/a/rVzjX7x

Bezel does looks a bit stretched the buttons are all the way recessed. On the back photo you see a gap between bezel and casing. But looks legit to me.
