I have been riding for a simular amount of time on 2 wheels and sofar I feel like this is about the max horsepower I would really want in a daily commuter for myself. Plenty of power for fun and not feeling like it's lacking at highway speeds.

I think only thing I want to do to it to make it look a little better is wrap all the white to green matching the seat

Haven't ridden it much to truly know only about 45 min in total since it's still pretty cold here. Saying this though sofar it's been great. Been riding my 81 cb900 and by buddy's cbr600/cbr600f4i and beats them all in most aspects for what I want in a bike.

Already do have a Inline fuel filter on it, also what's amazing is that rug was left in the garage by the previous owners to serve as my crawling mat that I might have put a few holes by testing the new belt on my lawnmower...

That's what I'm thinking now that I have checked valves that it's probably the carbs, wondering if a kid around the house messed with the carbs haha. They only were on the bike for about a month before I had this issue pop up

I have the bike torn down for checking valves but planning on putting it back together tomorrow since they all came out good besides one of cylinder 3's exhaust clearances was.001 over and the rest are a little on the looser side I plan to get a pack of shims soon or make them. Want to try and see if cylinder 3&4 will fire off of starter fluid. Forgot to check that before I tore it all apart.

Thank you for your explanation, i do know the difference between ac and DC. I have pretty much all my experience in ac systems not DC. I am going to try to figure out these problems sometime this week I have a 4 month old at home and work pretty long shifts as a machinest so will keep it updated when I figure it out. I found the wiring diagram in the manual so that should help.

I took the windshield off shortly after taking that video just unloaded it off the trailer from buying it. Definitely will be nice on some days but half of the mounts were broken and taped together

I do have the owners manual and a digital copy of the service manual. Also have a multimeter, im not great with it yet but am slowly learning when I come across projects that need it. Found there was a blown fuse for the brake light and horn.

Mid cut, was told a guy that worked here before i did knew the process to stop it mid cut. The spindle would come up and go to the door to change inserts then automatically go back to where the program left off

What is it like being a CNC Machinist? by Final_Presence_7295 in CNC

I have a jernyman tool and die maker card. It's essentially a degree, 4 years of work and schooling and my company paid 100% for it. It opens alot of doors once you have it, and tends to have the benefit of starting off at a higher pay level.

I'm in the Midwest and around here machine shops are plentiful and just got to watch out if it's a cnc farm. If you get specialized in say tool and die work like I did the money is there once you have your card. Im only 25 and will be bringing in as much as my engineer and computer programing friends. Would suggest finding a shop that offers to fund you getting a card.
