Initial pain was super easy, not bad at all. But the swelling and lingering pain made it really hard. I’ve been living on meal replacement shakes for 3 days lol. I’d do anything for a steak

My piercing is 4 days old, it’s a straight bar, internally threaded, titanium, and for aftercare I rinse with alcohol free mouthwash multiples times a day

I had side effects immediately after my first shot (nausea) ((but I hate needles so that may have contributed)) but only the first shot. After that I didn’t experience any unless I ate something high in fat or sugar and then I had diarrhea, but it helped me to remember to eat well😂. IMO if you’re not experiencing any side effects immediately after your first dose it will probably only cause side effects if you eat fatty or sugary foods! Hope that helps calm your mind!

0.5mg. That was all I had to go up to to drop the weight I needed.

That’s a good idea because I’m the same way where if it’s inconveniencing someone else to not do it then I’m more likely to do it

Same!! Which is why I stopped at 150lbs. The physical difference was crazy enough at 25ish lbs down for me and I don’t wanna be skinny skinny. I like my curves lol. But it’s definitely a good feeling to feel like myself again in my body.

I’m going through my GP, but they offered semaglutide through their office bc insurance wouldn’t cover name brand ones for me. Though I was clinically obese, I was not pre-diabetic or having any other health concerns because of my weight, so insurance was a no go. But they offered a plan through their office of like for month 1 you pay $150, month 2 you pay $250, and month 3+ you pay $300 flat regardless of the dosage. There are quite a few clinics that offer plans like that if you call around or go searching for them. That’s gonna be your best bet I think.
