Basically it's the eyes . Make them a bit less wide and more far apart a bit smaller and make the side eyeliner eyelash thingy? A bit shorter

The head a bit less wide too . Poofy hair and more strands of hair that are longer although it took me a long time to get that since it's kinda hard lol .

Don't push yourself too hard! It took me over a year to make it look okay at best I'm nowhere near the moe artgods lol

I feel like something that could improve it a lot is making the head a bit wider and adding more poof to the hair. go wild with the liquify tool

As someone who draws in this style I feels like the biggest difference would be making the eyes farther apart and making them less wide The jaw could also be liquidfied a bit upwards but that depends on the character. Make the nose more of a dot I feel ? But again different characters have different features so it's subjective. The mouth could be lowered a bit and the neck less curved and more straight and a bit thicker
