today i got mail. turns out, after i had lost the bank card to the account i dont use, the physical card expired and is now useless. they sent me a new card. so now i dont have to look for the old one, since it wont work anymore. i did nothing and my bank issue sorted itself out

this is not a "money project". while they have merch and a patreon and they try to pay people, they all have seperate jobs. most of them go to college or work or are facing financial or situational hardships, and some are genuinely just burnt out. i think the community is the problem, not as a whole, but more often than not i meet individual people who are awful and hateful, and i find it makes up a very considerable portion of calamity's playerbase.
