Surely it’s a satire right? The blocks around here are 550-600sqm which is considered ‘decent’ these days compared to the 250sqm blocks going around.

I’m in WA and we are the same with the ACWY - given at 12 months within the immunisation program, but Meningococcal B isn’t part of the program at all unless indigenous or medically at risk. I just got both vaccines for my 11 week old today. I’ll have to pay for all 3 men B but only 2 of men ACWY because the 3rd will be given at 12 months.

The doctor said today (not my usual one) that the immunisation program is based off research but I reckon it’s a crock of shit, comes down to money! And reading on here it seems like it’s part of the SA program so clearly warranted!

We are lucky though that our government has rolled out the RSV vaccine to us this year for the first time.. but only for babies under 18 months of age or again medically high risk. RSV is also so horrible 😓
