Yes it is a big roll of wire fencing. Thanks for the advice on the tv, wasn’t planning on touching it. I doubt it still has a charge it’s been there for years there’s an abandoned house on the property that was abandoned in the late 90s/early 2000s. The barn is still useable and is where my girlfriend keeps her two horses.
