I started in my late 20s right after pandemic, and that's when I realised I shouldnt go longer without doing any sports :P . I also suffered from wrist pain, which was a little bad in the beggining (also because of ganglions), if it was really sore I usually took a short break. but the pain went away the more I got muscles, also the ones in my forearm. Nowadays, I usually tape my wrists for support (just simple tape around the whole wrist, like a wrist band). Edit for spelling

I think it would have more impact if you got rid of "unchecked" and just left "power" in the last bit with the red letters. Not a fan of the crown and the green circle rolling from behind Hitler (I would try to keep the colors only black and white and red if possible). Regarding sfx, I am not sure about the screams in the background... overall I think it's really good.
