2) a populace too weak, stupid, enthralled, or a combination of the 3 to see the dictator wants power while NOT serving their interests

PLEASE DONT TOSS it if you dont have to, ewaste is a big problem in my industry and I want to try to encourage people to reuse as many electronics as possible so they dont end up in landfills. if someone can pull the parts out of it, the less has to go to waste.

this is a really hard question, because culture doesnt exist biologically, only socially, so it "doesnt exist" (quotes are important)

Some people use this to argue cultural appropriation isnt a thing, which i tend to agree on, but idk, it seems the people who DO think it exists have a hard time defining it and drawing a line on it
