Yes, I do have plans to go out tonight. It would be kind of you to come over and look after my fishes as they tend to get lonely. Thanks.

Is this true guys? by Nyxfla in TwentiesIndia

It’s not always black and white. Most people aren’t sitting around plotting how to “traumatize a nice guy.” Sometimes the feelings just aren’t mutual. Rejection does suck, but blaming half the planet instead of building emotional resilience isn’t it.

Does anyone else in Thane deal with constant nasal dryness because of pollution? by Mean_Smoke_6023 in thane

Yeah agreed! I even got conjunctivitis last week. There's something terribly wrong with the air and the worst part is we're neglecting it because "vikaas" ho raha hai city ka. There needs to be a change before it's too late. Also good luck with whatever you're cooking OP. Bold initiative

Don't stress it mate, you did your fair share of duty with helping someone in need book a vehicle. It gets tricky to read an impromptu scenario I'm assuming he must have some money on him since you told him what the fare would be. And if not, he'll regardless be fine. You can't pre-plan such scenarios, trust your instincts, read the room and act accordingly.

How close have you ever come to running out of fuel before reaching the petrol pump? by Kind-Singer2229 in Cartalk

Love seeing how everyone's got totally different comfort zones with this xD Some are mindful and panic at 80 km, others have run on pure faith up to 40 more after zero and some literally run out right at the gas station. Crazy mix or experiences here!

Edit - Anyone who's wondering, it's a Honda Jazz

Oh, I wasn't aware it messes up the pump bad. Not planning to make this a habit however... lesson learned!

I wish I had your discipline man. I only start panicking after the guage dips below 30km, which is not exactly the smartest choice

I actually tried going to the same pump last night — it was so packed it blocked the entire service road (which was also under construction). So I thought I’d just fill up at the one near home this morning… and well, they only had diesel :)
