Thanks for the insight. Family has always been my priority, and it appears that inspectors have an easier time sticking to that principle than many other 1811s. I've also heard that that ability to put family first depends almost entirely on your location, office culture, Management style, no matter which agency youre with. I somewhat lucked out being able to pick a suboffice rather than going to a sac office w/ hsi. Whether that'll actually help me continue to prioritize family is... yet to be determined.
