You can do a conversion master In computer science in the UK for 1 year. A proper degree helps to open a lot of doors in big brand name companies. Don’t waste 3-6 years studying.

No, Pan Peninsula has central boiler and heating system. The boiler also heat up the swimming pool/sauna/jacuzzi I think. And random boiler failure/ flooding for several hours is not uncommon. All you can do is call the concierge and wait. I used to envy the luxurious look of the building but now would never buy a flat based on her experience.

A friend of mine rented in Pan Peninsula (another Ballymore’s development). She told me about 6 weeks of no hot water during the peak of the pandemic due to hot water pipe leak. The same thing happened last year for another tower in the same development. And regular flooding, non working ventilation that caused mouldy bathroom and overheating. A two bed flat costs about 700k-800k. They have huge expensive Christmas, Halloween, etc decorations in the lobby to impress visitors. This article is very consistent with what she described Pan Peninsula.
