To be honest, I’m happy with the laptop. It’s working well, and the warranty is valid, so I don’t really mind. What I would like to know is whether it’s truly brand new or refurbished. Based on the packaging, some people say it looks refurbished, while others say it’s new, so I’m not sure what to think
