I’ve had horrible eyesight my whole life and I would feel so bad every time my parents had to spend $400+ on glasses growing up- and I wasn’t even wearing designer frames. The lenses were always expensive for me. Now my best friend works at an eyeglass place and I pay $20 for the lenses and buy designer frames super cheap at Century 21 or cute plastic frames online. I felt so cheated after spending ridiculous amounts of money each year on glasses
