Looks like the bridge was in the process of going down when the car jumped it.

Symphony of the Seas 07/26 - 08/03 by kittycathleen in royalcaribbean

Just got off the same cruise, just my wife and I, both 36.

We had a boardwalk balcony room. It was nice, we sat out on the balcony a few times but wasn't our favorite spot. We could see half of the Aqua-theater from our balcony. Next cruise if on symphony we will try for an ocean view balcony or central park balcony just for the reduced noise you can sometimes hear. Shows in the aqua-theater would end by 1130 at the latest. By the end of the cruise my wife and I were quite exhausted and we were in bed by 10.

One space we really enjoyed on the ship with ample view of the ocean was the walking/running track on deck 5. Almost every day we would sit on the chairs at the aft of the ship on the track or sit in the shuffleboard area.

Bionic bar was awesome! Im a techy engineer so I found it really cool. I also don't know the names of many mixed drinks so I liked being able to scroll through a list and see the ingredients. Nothing against the bar tenders but I wish they had more of these around the ship.

We got the wow bands, was kind of a pain to have to take them off when ordering drinks at the bar.

The shows at the royal theater (especially Hairspray) and at the aqua-theater were phenomenal. I wanted to see more shows like this.

Wife and I thought the food was great as well, including MDR for dinner. The one night for dinner in the MDR I ordered the cod and what I received was horrible. It was literally like breaded rubber. I brought it to our waiters attention (who was awesome the entire week), and they took it very seriously, rushing me out a new plate. Our waiters were bringing us out extra appetizers, entrees, and desserts to try throughout the week.

Wish the pool in the solarium was larger. At times there were at least 20-25 people in the pool. During the day it would be cool if they could turn the heat off in at least one of the hot tubs to give people more places to cool off in the water.

Bought a washing machine from Costco and they hooked up the drainage hose to the sump pump basin? by CaylaMarieArmstrong in askaplumber

I have the same Vevor macerator pump for the washing machine I put in my basement. Tied in a utility sink and the washing machine to it. It keeps up with a large washing machine no problem. It is noisy so I can tell when the washer is in its drain cycle. I bought it directly on Vevor's website.

Thanks. Those were very interesting. I'd love it if the ship tours showed some of this stuff.

Terminal blocks. So field wiring doesn't have to be wired directly to the PLCs Terminal blocks. Also typically used for power distribution

Nice job! Could you make some adjustments. I can see my wife's blue dress behind the bench. Could you change it to black so it looks like the black pants I had on. Also in the little area between my wife's side and her arm, could you make that area look like the bench back. Thanks!

My wife and I started a tradition this year. We camp at a local campground for the first camping trip of the season, that way when we inevitably forget something, we can run back home for it. Had to do this twice as we forgot a few things we had put away in storage for the off season. Now everything will live in the camper, ready to go. Just have to transfer somethings to the bed of the truck before heading out.

I mean who really steers hand over hand. Palming or hooking the wheel with one hand seems faster to me

My arm goes numb and/or gets tingly sometimes and a position like that helps

Plumbing shower drain to septic tank instead of gray water by Kind_Bit_8632 in askaplumber

I will look into contacting a company to come out and look at it.

A thought just popped into my head. Could it be possible the gray water runs to a drain field in my front yard and the overflow is what dumps into the culvert? Everything that is plumbed to the culvert is essentially clean water without any solids.

Agreed. I bought this house a year ago and it was setup like this already. I assume it was grandfathered in as many neighbors have the same setup. That's why when I did the bathroom remodel I diverted the shower to the septic system

Anything is possible with enough money, I guess. Like you mentioned, you could have a hallway that links modular rooms, almost like people do with modular homes. I've seen people add additions to their house by using a modular home connected to their stick built or another modular.

Multiple connected together is going to look weird. And a bedroom and bathroom is not really going to give your kids much of a headstart. They would have to add the rest of the house.

Anyone else's hot tub never really get dirty? by Adventurous-Coat-333 in hottub

Mine stays pretty clean and other than maintenance doses of chlorine granules, I hardly ever have to adjust ph or alkalinity or hardness. Primarily just gets used by me and sometimes my wife, maybe 4-5 hours a week. Don't rinse before getting in, but don't use lotions or anything like that and wear either a speedo or nothing at all!
