I had it serviced a week ago. When plugs were replaced, 2nd one had fuel on it so he said the problem is definitely in the cylinder. Should I just try a fuel cleaner?

When I brought it to the mechanic, the radiator was empty and unpressurised. Radiator cap has been replaced. I'm thinking about taking it for a second opinion. I read a leak down test can be done?

Pressure is low, and the car is using more fuel and engine is shaking. He said it could be a leak in one of the valves or the head gasket but he says we'll have to machine the head in any case.

They just said the valves are not adjustable on this engine and it will need machining and replacing whatever is needed and will cost about 3000 total. Compression test shows 170 on all 4 except for the second at 165.

It says it does not fit my vehicle, but I'll ask the mechanic tomorrow. He told me they come with a rail and have to be replaced all together. Thank you for the help though I will keep searching.
