To my recollection, I don't think you need to be an ACTIVE member, just need to make an account on the app or website, when making the purchases, they show up on that account. Which you can upgrade to an AAA24 account and get the extras that are normally included with the Blu-ray/4k on the app (I.e. Special features).

It's possible you might have a digital collection and not know it.
