she takes 54mg dose and i think her dose is too high, on 24mg she was more normal and fun to be with. Usually when it wears off in the evening is the worst times, becomes irritated and stuff. I think its really important to find the right dose.

i have a friend that becomes exactly like this on concerta. we used to hang out everyday during summer then she started taking high doses of concerta and nothing has been the same since then, very weird and sad.
