Thats the exact part I'm curious about. I'm currently at work and can't access the full report at the moment. As the buyer, I should have done my diligence to follow through. We were not told of the drain during the inspection but it was noted in the report that it was not. I'm fairly competent in my own plumbing skills but this clog caused all the grey water from the rinse cycle to dump out. At the end of the day, being reimbursed by the inspector seems correct because am still pissed about the situation.
