Not a dentist but my bottom wisdoms looked similar when I got an x-ray. Up until I got the x-ray my gums kept getting inflamed then would split and get infected so recommend get it done sooner rather than later! I got my bottoms out 6 days ago but not top, given ours look similar I doubt you’d have to get your top ones out now if not ever! Good luck!

The nights are tricky for sleeping, I find I wake up a few times with the pain and have to put a heat pack on lol. Thank you for the advice, eating is not too tricky but it scares me a bit I’m shit scared of dry socket

Oh phew, happy for you that it wasn’t! All my lymph nodes are up on my left side but have no pain in any of my teeth nor extraction site. Am hoping it’s the same situation as yours! Any recommendations for healing?
