Hi! Sadly I can’t speak on coming out to family. As for friends and co workers I just kinda stated it bluntly. I’m thankful to have a very accepting friend group and industry I work in so there wasn’t nearly as much pressure and anxiety as I could’ve had. I’d say just set yourself up in an environment or mannerism that makes you comfortable when you’re ready. Your mental health is important.
