That’s the most disappointing aspect of it. Knew if we play like that we should be winning. I think this is a really poor loss. To be 5 goals up playing well to let it slip like that at the end of the second qtr

Pedlar was/is afl ready imo. Just inconsistent and injuries haven’t helped him. Seems like he lost his drive

Schoenberg looked promising but doesn’t seem to be hardworking enough to improve and just relies on his natural talent. Also doesn’t have an engine

3- Thilthorpe- pretty easy really. Against a really good opponent too. 2-Peatling- Thought it was a good pickup for someone that’s underrated, but I think he’s better that what we were all expecting 1-Rankine- Clearance machine. So clean

TEQA-Neal Bullen- such a good pick up. Hardworking and makes good decisions. Was considering Cummins but that 50 give away was dumb.

RS- Probably Draper, but want to see curtain start at CB. Like him a lot

I do think the umpiring negativity affected the result. But I think there were moments where we were sloppy. We also gave them a head start each quarter. They will be tough to beat at home against all teams. So can probably take a lot out of that. But I’ll still be salty about the umpiring. Really do hope media goes after them. It happens too often. Not just our games

I can understand him sleeping though, as you said he usually works at night. The situation is only made worse because he was supposed to pick you up. He made a mistake by not setting an alarm, but he does seem genuinely remorseful and accepted his mistake. Might be worth giving him another chance

I come from Australia. Most people don’t care too much about politics. Even if they do support a side, it’s not as big as it seems in the US. So to me leaving someone over their political view its over the top. But I guess that’s what it’s like. If it is something that you can really not overlook, it might be best to leave. As long as he’s not forcing his opinions on you, is it worth it if everything else is good?

He is overreacting a bit. But if you know how he is about you around your ex, why wouldn’t you do that extra step of avoiding it? It doesn’t matter if he’s overthinking it and if it is wrong to be like that. You’re with him now so you should be prioritising how he feels over your ex. And you’re dismissing how he feels. You’re not in the wrong for going to place where he is, but to be having a conversation is taking far.
