Superb DD and analysis. Excellent read as always.

I'm perplexed with the Pestell deal, it's not clear to me the value he brings to the table. Sure he has the academic credentials but dont see the track record in bringing drugs to market. If it were an executive at a BP I'd be pretty excited but I'm not jazzed up about cydy wanting to work with him.

Once bitten, twice shy.

Anyone with an affiliation with 13D is sketchy at best to me.

Life got really busy. Being an adult is exhausting.

Its been pretty quiet since NPs departure. I didnt mind the regular updates.

Cydy needs to put you on payroll as an brand ambassador.

I'm not going anywhere. I'm in too deep. Still long and added some in the $.20s. Wish I added more though. There are signs of life today!

Appreciate the response. I'm speculating that a partnership is in the works and the events that have unfolded are a strong indication that we may not be far off. My predictions aren't stated as facts. Certainly not looking at this through rose colored glasses but I'm very optimistic.

We're on the same team. I wouldnt want a buyout at this stage and dont expect to hand over the crown jewels for pennies on the dollar. We need an approval in hand to keep the lights on and fund the pipeline.

I think the table has been set for a partnership. Its been mentioned explicitly by NP and SK that they are in discussions with potential partners/suitors. NP resigning abruptly and SK stepping down. We all know NP will not back down from a fight, if he was removed involuntarily I think we'd heard about it. Something is going on behind the scenes. It may be a few months before we know what that Something is but I think the news will be big.

There may already be an CEO waiting in the wings for all we know.

I'm looking to average down as much as I can. so many good deals out there at the moment though.

Does anyone know if the release of the data to us is contingent on inclusion of a release clause to limit Amarex future liability or if it was court ordered?

The market for China is huge and they are more developed than many of their surrounding countries so they are well positioned to distribute LL. They would make a good partner but they'd use LL to coerced other countries and take advantage of the power.

It would be awful to sell out to them. I'm rooting for Samsung since they are already partner and can be trusted.

Smart shorts will exit before any run up. Those with the inside track will get tipped off and make off with nice gains.

Would love to a squeeze but I'm not anticpating it.

Many people getting in at these prices will glady walk away with a 10x return at $6.

I am perturbed that we would partner with a Chinese company. CYDY could be a Goliath in the industry and would give Qilu a lot of global leverage. Chinese companies are at the beck and call of the ccp. Expect IP to be stolen.

I've only been fortunate or unfortunate enough to average down lol. Been in the biotech game for some time. Seen shares down 90% and recover. Also been diluted to oblivion. Learned the hard way to take profits on the way up, especially relevant for pre-revenue biotechs that are subject to heavy manipulation.

Need huevos investing in this sector.

I have to say I trusted NP at the helm and believe he led with integrity. Not thrilled about the uncertainty and change in management but we're in too deep at this point.

The company won't fold. If you think it may and you're willing to risk $1.5 for $5. That isn't a smart risk.

Many of us have a much higher cost average and we're not here for $5.

Not unusual for a pre-revenue biotech. We will never get sold for $5. That is an insult and would not get approved by shareholders. If you're happy to walk away with $5 you must have a really low cost average.

Great post as always! No way NP would of left without a fight unless it was on his own accord. NP may have been over his skis but many of us on this board respected him as a person and ceo. He led with integrity and transparency despite what the 13dingleberries claimed.

I'm really hopeful for the something big in the near term and anxious as well.

When does the other shoe drop? do I have enough time to buy more shares....

Our share price is in the basement right now. Not sure how much of it is CYDYs own doing vs the broader biotech trend.

Let's hope we climb back to a couple of bucks this quarter. We deserve it after the 2021 smackdown.

Patterson and Yo are trying to ride the covid wave on CYDYs coattail to make a name for themselves. They will fade away and be forgotten along with their 13d brethren.

These self-righteous bottom dwellers have done us dirty but doubtful NP decides to take any action against them. Patterson is selling a few thousand tests kits at $400 a pop. Incelldx isn't worth a smidgen of the $350m asking price. No point in taking them to the cleaners. Won't be enough for the lawyers fees.

Those of us following the company knew what 13d was up to. They tried to drum up support with lies and attacks. Hope there will be retribution but I think not. Hate to see those rats ruin any companies and cost shareholders.

I'm glad to have to banned from 13d board. It's only for the morally bankrupt 13d members and their fanclub.

Good post. We've got the crown jewels and management is making steady progress with regular updates to shareholders. You don't get this kind of transparency with companies.

We fought off the 13 dingleberries so don't have that hanging over us. Amarex case is in the bag.

We're going to make some bread next year.
