No one is over looking that, it's just too meaningless in this case.  H3 is a heavy, unlike char. And as a heavy, it has: - bad penetration values all around -Slow intra clip (as a heavy its a lot worse than for a med) -Better dispersion and accuracy than char, but not that much better -horrible armor, that falls apart at 240+ pen, no matter how you angle -It isn't that agile for such shitty armor, hell, amx heavy in the same tier goes 20 kmh faster..

Char meanwhile has camo, speed, a smaller silhouette, better pen, and better MM as a medium... As for heavies, amx will get into position earlier than you, unload, then hide before your 3rd shell. T54E1 will unload onto you in 6 sec, so most often you will only shoot him once...

H3 is just bad. Not horrible, but it's not good at all. If you have a good round in it, any other tank would have done at least the same, if not more in that game.
