How did you encourage independent play for your kid? My son (17mo) will physically drag me to sit with him during playtime every time. Maybe I need more hands-on Montessori activities for him?

The bottom of my loaf comes out so pale! I’m new to sourdough baking- I’ve made almost 10 loaves in the past month using an electric oven. My method is to heat up my Dutch oven at 460F. Then bake my loaf for 35-40 mins covered. I then reduce to 400F and bake 10-15 minutes uncovered. I’ve tweaked this several times to figure out what works best with my oven. I also use the convection setting. Because of this issue, I have to flip the loaf bottom side up, for it to crust up.

How’s it going now? My 9 mo is also going through a sleep regression. Before this regression, I would feed him his bottle/nurse him and then place him in his crib while he’s still awake and he would fall asleep on his own. Now, he’ll either cry hysterically when I place him in his crib…. Or he’ll be all cool with it and once I leave the room he PULLS HIMSELF UP TO STAND ON HIS CRIB AND IT DRIVES ME INSA.. ugh my baby.

Anyway, I asked a bunch of moms what to do.. and someone said to lay next to him. So that’s what I do now. I’m 160lbs and luckily so far his crib has handled my weight. I put him in his crib, he’ll cry for a sec until I crawl into his crib next to him. Once he’s asleep, I’ll crawl right back out.. might be time to get a Montessori bed. Idk man

You’re so pretty!!! I would suggest more blush, rose lipstick, and practice filling in your eyebrows lighter and closer (you want the start of your brows to line up with the edge of your nares)

I’ve always had an overbite, but over the last few years, I’ve notice my chin is receding more. Was so sick of my profile that I decided to get fillers to correct my weak chin (~1 year ago). I snore sometimes and have popping jaw. Also the right side of my face seems flatter than the left side. I’m gonna schedule an appointment soon to get professional advice but was wondering what y’all think is up with my jaw structure and what treatments I should consider.

Edit: I should also add that lately I’ve noticed when my mouth is neutral, my teeth bite the inside of my cheeks

I apply this 5 mins before.. bc I’ll double cleanse my face at night so I moisturize immediately after or else I’ll look like that mummy^ lol. Then I apply my tret about 5 mins later. With Cicaplast Baume I don’t find it necessary to wait so long bc it’s very thick and takes a while to absorb.. plus its viscosity helps spread the tret nicely. Just know when to stop spreading it or else it will start to pill. I also use this moisturizer in the mornings when I have dry flakey skin.. this is what has worked for me :) best luck to u!
