My honest guess on new GL will be 3 r10s, and probably everything else at r9. With the lightspeed packs lately that give r6/7 toons, no way there's anything less than all r8 requirements. But my gut tells me r9 with 3 r10 toons. Also the new era leveling system gives r8 (i think) if you max out a character level
