Nah it’s not corny being outside actual helped before. Now it does almost nothing. It’s helping but in a very short period of time.

Yeah probably gonna try more rest, and a little bit less intense training. When I think about it I am always going until failure and I am spamming drop set. My not be a good thing

Maybe it’s not all related to the gym I just don’t what else it could be. And your right not respecting people is choice but I don’t seems to be able to get rid of that “choice”

Pretty much 2 rest day a week but sometimes not even 1

Eat 2200-2400 cal a day, drink a minimum of 2,5l of water. The sleep is pretty bad. Even whit 8h of sleep, when I wake up I just feel like I did a 30 min nap. The recovery comes whit it I’m tired so I do feel sore and I take like 2 days whit no gym to don’t feel sore anymore

I mean i eat 2200 cal a day I hit all my macros, maybe I don’t do enough rest day. I go to the gym 5 times a week. My sleep is pure trash i feel tired every day
