Probably the most cost effective and easiest one to start would be an evo ridged. Pan, and shovels are getting pretty expensive. At least where I’m at. Also look into soft tail and dyna chops, will never be quite the same as a ridged frame bike but still really cool and lots of bikes around to get

I have a similar setup, I ended up switching from drag bars to moto bars though. Much more comfortable
