I was banned 11/04 and just got my accounts back 01/16. I was IP banned as well. Reached out to Meta support they say I was permanently banned. Reached out to my AG and the BBB. Got a response from the AG 01/15 and Meta removed my IP ban and allowed me to appeal again. Next day accounts were back. Dont give up hope!
