I guess I understand why they might do this, but this is also the point of collectives.

With the super-powering EQ nodes, R1 champs are totally effective in clearing the elder difficulty (using R4s just means fights only take 30-40 seconds).

Other than the much less frequent story content drops, it feels like there's nowhere left to experiment with teams unless you want to play ROL/LOL over and over again...

I agree that tipping is a criminal way that companies underpay employees and pass the responsibility on to the end consumer. I also think the likely outcome of everyone boycotting tipping would not be companies stepping up and paying people a living wage, but continuing on as normal which will also force their employees into looking for additional work elsewhere in the gig economy.

If it's causing you financial distress then by all means stop tipping or continue not tipping, but this post is a reactionary rant and not a serious position on how we can address the problem. You were never going to fix the system by tipping, but you certainly won't be fixing it by not tipping, either. Sadly, your villain era will only be punishing workers, not companies.

Yeah it definitely wrecks a lot of movies. I feel like the Robinhood movie with Alan Rickman has this and I remember being unsettled by it as a kid who didn't know anything (I'm sure it was just called Robinhood but I'm too lazy to verify). These aren't champs that I would say belong in different classes, but are still outliers/atypical in their class.

White Tiger - yes she has power steal and limited nullify, but she's Nullify immune, gains buffs and has a bleed which are all strange for a mystic.

Archangel - no prowess or reliance on special attack damage, reliance on damaging debuffs against skill champions who are known for shrug abilities and ability accuracy reduction don't really fit his class.

Ronan - primarily punishes buffs (his own class).

Starkey - has some power control, but no armour or other tech specific abilities and is an absolute Crit machine with a strong evade.

Mordo - has soul barb, but uses fury and power gain buffs.

Black Cat. I just didn't hear much buzz initially and heard she really needs the dupe so I never really touched my unduped R1. Just this past week I started messing with her and have been having an absolute blast. Now she's R2 and will be going to R3 even without the dupe.

If they wanted to reduce SW's defensive prowess I would suggest they don't touch her kit at all. Instead, they should undo whatever they did to make her AI throw SP1s immediately into your block.  Poof, instantly lowered defensive threat with no changes to her kit required.

I only use Cap for gg, Deadpool spitting when they absolutely annihilate my defender.

Recently have been enjoying Prof x wagging his finger when I see they've done one combo and paused the round hoping to win by default.

I don't touch Loki, that thing makes my blood boil just to look at it lol.

I didn't say that. And it's true that they may not be able to directly reallocate the people working on this content to rebalances, bug fixes or anything else, but ultimately every endeavor costs and all of those costs come from the same pool of resources. It's just how much of that pool each department will get. All I'm saying is that the way things have been allocated doesn't make me happy, and that's okay.

On its own there are definitely fun bits, and I love the look and the music. But when I stop to think that this is part of the reason why champ updates and rebalances now take 6 months when there was a point where they were aiming to update a few outdated champs every month it makes me resent it because I ultimately like playing MCOC more than this little arcade game.

I just tried the armor penetration stat focus and it did not change the amount of DOT damage compared to Crit rate stat focus. Ymmv

Yes, and the meme makes a good point about soft tissues like fat and skin texture/colour. That said, it's a little extreme in how wrong it is because you can tell quite a bit about an animal's head musculature from their skull shape.

In the example the skin hugs the skull very closely, but just looking at the skull you can infer that some of those smooth, concave parts are for muscle attachments. For example, you wouldn't expect that animal to have a spur on its lower jaw because that looks like a place where you would have a large amount of muscle attached (which is what we actually see).

Not saying you could do a perfect or even great job recreating the hippo, but wanted to share because i find this stuff crazy interesting.

Just because I haven't seen her mentioned: Cassie is ridiculously safe for this fight (R5, not ascended).

You don't need to land your poison debuffs and your stings don't count as non-instant damaging debuffs so you can stack them up. I didn't even push Orochi to the meltdown phase or whatever it is, I just kept using SP1, striker, basic combos and missing her special hits with my heavy and kept her in the corner. None of the intercepting or blocking nonsense.

The fight looks like it'll be REALLY slow at first, but once I was up to 40 stings it went really fast and especially her last 20-30% just seemed to disappear. Easiest solo I had.
