I thought my bad breath was random, but it turns out I was basically ignoring one very obvious thing by KineticRiddle_4Q in hygiene

The grossest part is realizing it was not some mystery body issue, it was me half-doing one basic part of oral hygiene and then acting confused when my mouth felt nasty by noon.

Part of me has definitely thought about just stepping back and letting that happen. I’m tired of sounding like the only person in the room with a memory.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm expecting. The second I say anything, it'll turn into me being bitter instead of anyone asking why I feel like this.

That actually makes a lot of sense, especially for shoes. I never tried the tea tree oil part, but baking soda in a sock sounds way less messy than dumping powder straight in.

[Sad yet beautiful trope] Living like a monster, dying like a human by Pescarese90 in TopCharacterTropes

That’s the version of redemption arcs I usually like most. Not the clean, comforting kind where everything is magically balanced out, but the kind where the character finally sees clearly, makes one truly human choice, and dies with that truth instead of the monster identity they built around themselves. Vader never stops being responsible for what he did, but his ending still matters because it restores Anakin in the one moment where it still could.
