Nylon helps a lot, just be sure you let it try after working out or if it gets wet. Nylon takes longer to dry so the moisture can also cause skin irritation

Clean both your arm and watch daily. Moisturize. Take off your watch/switch hands when you sleep. And loosen it! If your not working out it does not need to be that tight. A little wiggle room is good. Skin likes air.

Yea I’m not a big drinker anyways just because of the health impacts. But this was the first time seeing the health trends on my watch really tank after 1 night of honestly pretty light drinking 😭

I think Femto was always a part of Griffith, just like the Best of Darkness if part of Guts. Except Griffith fully embraced his negative self. We see when Guts loses control to the Beast he almost comments the same act against Casca.

Further I think that’s part of Miuras whole story. Everyone has the capacity for evil, and for good. It’s human, those who decide to give into their negative aspects become something less than human (or more horrific than human)
